Felt ok at the beginning, but started having hip problems around mile 8. No PR today, but I was happy to accomplish my 5th half marathon!
After a Epsom salt bath, my hip is feeling better.
I am showing hemophilia who is boss! I will not let some pesky bleeding disorder stop me!
